Our facility is a 25-bed unit, located within Mercy Hospital Fort Smith. Services include telemetry monitoring, 24-hour nursing and respiratory care, wound care by dedicated nurses, and daily physician visits. Each patient receives an individualized care plan upon admission, managed by our physician-led interdisciplinary team throughout their stay.
